REFUND POLICY
You may return your products purchased from Avenor within 30 days of delivery. All products must be returned intact, unused, with all original tags and packaging. We do not accept items that have already been used and are not defective.
Please send us an email at Avenor.info@gmail.com to arrange the return of your order. Our customer service team will guide you through the process. Once we receive the return at our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the returned order.
In the event that the customer wishes to make an exchange or return, the cost of the return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Lost / Stolen Items
AVENOR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your shipping carrier using the information provided on the tracking page.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
