SHIPPING POLICY

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please note that during holidays and sales periods, processing times may be longer than usual.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days from the order date and shipped after processing. We do not ship on weekends.

Once your order has been placed for more than 24 hours, it cannot be canceled. If you need to change your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed, we will not be able to make any changes.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order has been processed, delivery will take approximately 7 to 12 business days, depending on your location. Please note that shipments are made only on business days (Monday to Friday).

Lost / Stolen Packages

Avenor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your shipping carrier using the information provided on the tracking page.
